| The Australian Bulb
Association web site is a great place to visit and find
out about bulbs from all over the globe. The Association
web site has a extensive image gallery and there is also
an open online forum where everyone can talk about their
bulbs. The ABA put out a yearly Journal, a quarterly
Newsletter, and 2 or more seed lists per year. |

Mainly
Amaryllids Garden
"A
conservation garden for Amaryllid species and Hybrids"
|
From
the MAG website - "At Mainly Amaryllids Garden our
philosophy embraces the idea of sharing &
disseminating knowledge and bulbs with other bulb and
gardening enthusiasts."
The
garden is run and owned by Daryl and Maree Geoghegan, and
they have a wonderful conservation garden and mail order
business devoted to the world of Amaryllids (Amaryllis,
Crinum, Brunsvigia, Haemanthus, to name a few!). Here you
can find some of the rarest and sought after species from
the Amaryllidaceae family, and also many wonderful garden
plants that will thrive in any situation. A great web site
and excellent service and bulbs.

Tony & Jenny Palmer
We run a small
mail order nursery specialising in rare and unusual bulbs. We
invite you to browse our catalogue and look at pictures of many of
our bulbs.
On other pages you can share our interests, and maybe follow the
links to some of our favourite sites.
| We are a part time
nursery, mail order only, with just my wife Jenny and I
running it. We mostly sell dry bulbs only, so our season
runs from December to March with just the 1 catalogue per
year. We do have a smaller number of summer growing bulbs
(such as the Tigridias) which customers forward order from
the catalogue. We specialise in the more unusual bulbs,
leaving the bread and butter lines to the big companies
and our climate precludes us from growing the likes of
tulips anyway.
After saying all that the bad news
is that we don't export bulbs! However, as you know we
do export seed and have a dynamic seed list which can be
downloaded from the site and which we add to and
subtract from as seed comes and goes.
